Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Source-to-Pay (S2P) Process Expertise:

  Deep understanding of the S2P process, including

  2-way and 3-way match invoicing

  .

• OpenText VIM & BC Proficiency:

• Comprehensive understanding of

  OpenText Business Center (BC) modules

  .
• Proficiency with

  archive servers

  and the

  archival of invoices

  .
• Experience with various

  invoice channels

  , including

  XML and email channels

  , and

  e-invoicing solutions

  .

• SAP & OpenText VIM Version Experience:

  Hands-on experience with implementations and upgrades in environments utilizing:

• SAP S/4HANA FOUNDATION 2021 (02 / 05/2022)

• OpenText VIM

  S/4

  Base (OTBCS4 1610_106, SP0002)

• Implementation & Support:

• Designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting OpenText VIM solutions.
• Ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Troubleshooting, optimization, and providing expert guidance on best practices for invoice automation and document management.

• Quality Assurance & Automation:

• Experience with

  FUT, SIT, and UAT testing

  methodologies.
• Knowledge of managing

  bugs/enhancements

  and implementing

  system automation

  .
• Working knowledge of

  AI and its applications in OpenText VIM

  .

• Charm Management:

  Experience with

  charm management

  processes.
