OpenText Exstream Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customer communication management (CCM) solutions using the OpenText Exstream platform. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant communications across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and develop OpenText Exstream templates, workflows, and document compositions. - Implement dynamic content, rules, and logic for personalized customer communications. - Integrate Exstream solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases. - Convert business requirements into document design specifications and technical solutions. - Optimize communication templates for performance, scalability, and regulatory compliance. - Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Exstream templates and workflows. - Support production rollouts, resolve defects, and enhance existing CCM solutions. - Ensure adherence to branding, accessibility, and compliance standards. Qualification Required: - Overall IT Experience: 6-10 Years - 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (formerly HP Exstream). - Strong experience in document composition, CCM design, and workflow configuration. - Proficiency in XML, XSL, scripting languages (VBScript/JavaScript), and data transformation. - Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL), data files, and API integrations. - Knowledge of print stream formats (AFP, PDF, PostScript, PCL, etc.). - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in complex CCM environments. - Ability to work onsite with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Additional Details: This is a long-term contract opportunity for an OpenText Exstream Developer in Pune. Preferred qualifications include OpenText Exstream certification(s), exposure to other CCM platforms (Quadient Inspire, GMC, etc.), experience deploying CCM solutions in banking, insurance, or telecom domains, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for CCM integration.
