Job Description

experienced professionals in Payment Posting and Charge Entry

Aminjikarai, Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:

Payment Posting:

Accurately post payments (EOB/ERA/Manual) in billing systems such as Tebra and Nextech.
Manage insurance and patient payments, denials, and adjustments.
Reconcile deposits and ensure accurate daily posting reports.
Identify posting discrepancies and coordinate with AR or Denial Management teams for corrections.

Charge Entry:

Enter charges accurately based on encounter forms, superbills, or charge sheets.
Verify and apply appropriate CPT, ICD, and modifiers for claim accuracy.
Maintain compliance with payer-specific and specialty billing rules.
Meet turnaround time (TAT) and quality benchmarks consistently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

15 years of hands-on experience in
US Medical Billing / RCM (Payment Posting & Charge Entry)
.
Proficiency in
Tebra
and
Nextech
software preferred.
Strong understanding of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills.
Team player with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.

Education:

Graduate / Diploma (Any Discipline).
Medical Billing or RCM Certification is an added advantage.
