Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AR process
• Physician Billing experience is an added advantage
• Experience in end-to-end AR team operations
• Strong knowledge of the US Healthcare Industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic to learn new processes
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Must be able to work from office

Roles and responsibilities

• Create and share training plans with stakeholders
• Deliver client-specific training modules to new hires
• Meet Training TAT for CS training programs
• Manage OJT and QCP phases for CPs completing CS training
• Maintain training records including trainee details, attendance, and feedback scores
• Collect and analyze feedback from trainees on training quality
• Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
• Track new joiner performance for the first 60 days and clarify process-related queries
• Prepare training plans, content, and assessments for refresher training
• Recommend improvements in training plans and methods
• Manage knowledge updates and schedule assessments
• Update SOPs and PWIs on a weekly basis
• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule sessions
• Design effective training content and prepare educational materials such as module summaries
• Support and mentor new employees
• Maintain attendance and other training records
• Manage training datasets
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor employee performance and response to training
