Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality customer support via phone, email, chat and social media
  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues
  • Deliver First Call Resolution (FCR) by resolving customer issues during the first contact
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction rate
  • Assist customers with RMA activities.
  •        Hindi speaking is Must.

Qualification:

  • Graduate

DESIRED PROFILE:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

  • Should have basic knowledge on Operating System (Windows & Mac)
  • Should have basic knowledge on Mobile & Tablet Storage
  • Basic knowledge on Wireless Networking and Troubleshooting Network related issues

       Exceptional Probing Skills
Good Comprehension, Listening and Communication skills
