Roles & Responsibilities AR Caller:

• Review and submit medical claims to insurance companies

• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients

• Follow up on unpaid claims and denials

• Resolve billing discrepancies and appeal denied claims

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records Role & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities Credentialing:

• We are seeking a meticulous and organized Credentialing Specialist to oversee and manage the credentialing process for healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will ensure all providers meet the necessary requirements to participate with insurance plans and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. This role is critical to supporting operational efficiency and ensuring uninterrupted patient care services.

• Coordinate and complete initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications for healthcare providers.

• Verify provider information, including licensure, certifications, education, training, work history, and malpractice coverage.

• Manage provider enrollment with insurance companies, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers.

• Track application statuses and follow up with insurance carriers and providers as necessary to ensure timely approvals.
