Lead Power Electronics

Product Experience & Technical Expertise:

ATG is advanced technology group consists of expertise in cross functions to evolve technology roadmap aligning to future growth of market and organization. The project and product selections shall be like 5+ Years ahead.

• Research & Design: Track the technology roadmap from semiconductors WBG devices, High power density devices, super caps, planar tech etc.
• Development: First principles development from equations to Mathcad to simulations to schematics design and Gerber designs
• Testing & Validation: Conduct DOEs as per TRL (Tech readiness level requirements).
• Firmware & Control Algorithms: Develop embedded / control systems for power management and control strategies.
• Thermal Management: Implement solutions for heat dissipation and cooling systems.
• Products: Low power, Medium Power and High Power Power Electronics products for New Energy vehicles, Horns, Domain controllers etc.,
• Technology ecosystem: Identify and create technology ecosystem partners incl. research centres, institutes, supply base and OEMs.

Role & responsibility:

• Product Development Technical Lead
• Drive the execution phases of all stages from System Requirements to Product launch for power electronics products
• Conduct DOEs for selection of components, circuits, logics etc.,
• Proactive Planning on the way forward executions
• Identifying the Key challenges, Risks before Start of the Project
• Risk Mitigation plan(s) for all the identified Key challenges and Risk.
• Establish a strong people connects and drive the Cross Function Team deliverables in convincing and influencing with technical justification on their tasks
• Technical enthusiastic to incorporate new technologies to e-Mobility domain
• Co-Concept development with OEMs, Suppliers, Ecosystem partners etc.,
