Job Summary:

The Workload Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting automated solutions to streamline and optimize business processes. This role requires a strong understanding of automation technologies, scripting languages, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis:

  Analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.

• Solution Design:

  Design and develop automated solutions using workload automation tools and technologies.

• Scripting:

  Write scripts using languages like Python, VB, PowerShell, Perl, or Bash to automate tasks and integrate with different systems.

• Implementation:

  Deploy and configure automated solutions in production environments.

• Testing:

  Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of automated solutions.

• Maintenance:

  Monitor and maintain automated solutions, addressing any issues or performance problems.

• Documentation:

  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated solutions.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with business and IT operations teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of workload automation concepts and tools
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, VB, Perl, or Bash
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, databases)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Notes:

• Should have at least 2+ years experience in automation, worked in Self-heal tools and at least 5 DCMS / EUC environment automation experience.
• Presentation skills, Team work & Solution oriented.

Notice Period: Immediate /15 days/30 days.
