JD:

• Responsibilities:

• Own and define the end-to-end observability architecture, focusing on Dynatrace as the primary monitoring solution.
• Design migration strategies from Splunk to Dynatrace, including use-case mapping, data flow alignment, and functional replacement.
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand monitoring requirements and translate them into Dynatrace solutions.
• Define standards, templates, and governance models for consistent platform implementation.
• Provide architectural direction for integrations, tagging strategies, and Dynatrace configuration automation.

• Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure/monitoring, with at least 4+ years in Dynatrace.
• Strong hands-on experience in Dynatrace platform components (Davis AI, RUM, APM, Log Monitoring).
• High-level understanding of Splunk architecture and saved searches (no admin-level knowledge required).
• Proven ability to lead complex tool migrations and align capabilities across platforms.
• Dynatrace Certified Professional/Associate preferred.
