SALES CO-ORDINATOR / IN-HOUSE SALES

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration (B.Com, M.Com, BBM, MBA), or a related

  commercial discipline.
• Candidates with other educational backgrounds may be considered if they possess relevant domain expertise.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills• Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities• Working knowledge of CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM is an advantage)• Basic knowledge of social media marketing is desirable
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation and compliance

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or in-house sales functions.
  • Hands-on experience in handling CRM modules, preferably Zoho CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations using Zoho CRM.
  • Submit offers and documentation on eProcurement portals, including Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tenders.• Review sales orders and complete the Order Review Checklist; ensure accurate and timely order processing.• Coordinate with customers, the sales team, factory team, and credit control team to manage the complete order cycle.• Support the vendor onboarding process by submitting required documentation and maintaining regular correspondence.• Collaborate with internal departments to manage sales, marketing activities, customer queries, and delivery schedules.• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to ISO 9001 standards.• Perform social media marketing coordination and related promotional activities.• Maintain all records and reports in prescribed formats.• Execute any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Directors or Management.
