Hi all Greeting from Delight HR services!! we have an excellent job opportunity with one of our esteem client manufacturing company for the position of SALES CO-ORDINATOR / IN-HOUSE SALES in bangalore Job Description: Sales Co-Ordinator Job Title: Sales Co-Ordinator / In-House Sales Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore Preferred Candidate: Female candidates only & Immediate joiner preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration (B.Com, M.Com, BBM, MBA), or a related commercial discipline. • Candidates with other educational backgrounds may be considered if they possess relevant domain expertise. Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Working knowledge of CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM is an advantage) • Basic knowledge of social media marketing is desirable Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation and compliance Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or in-house sales functions. • Hands-on experience in handling CRM modules, preferably Zoho CRM. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations using Zoho CRM. • Submit offers and documentation on eProcurement portals, including Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tenders. • Review sales orders and complete the Order Review Checklist; ensure accurate and timely order processing. • Coordinate with customers, the sales team, factory team, and credit control team to manage the complete order cycle. • Support the vendor onboarding process by submitting required documentation and maintaining regular correspondence. • Collaborate with internal departments to manage sales, marketing activities, customer queries, and delivery schedules. • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to ISO 9001 standards. • Perform social media marketing coordination and related promotional activities. • Maintain all records and reports in prescribed formats. • Execute any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Directors or Management.
