• Analysis of effect of process variables on the pattern of metallization on polymer films.
• Analyzing and quantifying the effect of process parameters on the metallized film properties.
• Prepare design document according to internal project management requirement.
• Analysis of components of present system.
• Working on improvements of the present system for better control of process parameters.
• Characterization of electrical properties of metallized film.
• Prepare metallized film samples according to design, following standard in-house process.
• Coordination and follow up of the sample manufacturing and testing.
• Making of bill of materials of metallized films.
• Root cause analysis of product failure along with product engineers.
• Take part in strategic global development projects.
