Using Nx Viewer, 3D tools or AutoCAD to analyse existing tooling designs as well as part design. He must have knowledge about ISO/TSO documentation & audit process.
b. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide recommendations for improvement.
c. Excellent knowledge about all kind of measuring instrument operating and uses.
d. Knowledge of cmm operation. Documentation experience in PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA & FAR.
e. Responsible for internal customer query handling related to any product QA related issue.
f. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills and ensure that meets the quality standards.
g. Responsible for daily/weekly maintaining 5s at work place.
h. The ability to work long hours.
i. Excellent knowledge about Jig & fixture.
A. B-Tech, Diploma from any tooling engineering or mechanical diploma from relevant discipline institutes.
B. Age limit 23 Years to 26 Years
C. Minimum 3-4 years experience in mold manufacturing industries or part production industries.
a. For Senior Engineer Minimum 7-10 years experience in mold manufacturing industries .
b. Age limit 26 Years to 36 Years
