Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform
end-to-end testing
of LOS and LMS modules covering the entire loan lifecycle from lead creation to loan closure.
Analyze business requirements, prepare
test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices
, and ensure complete test coverage.
Conduct
functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
for lending applications.
Validate workflows for:

LOS:
Lead management, Application processing, Credit underwriting, Risk assessment, Disbursement.
LMS:
Loan servicing, Repayment schedules, Interest computation, NPA management, Foreclosure, and Reversal entries.

Test
interfaces and integrations
between LOS LMS and third-party systems (CBS, CKYC, CIBIL, Payment Gateways, Accounting).
Perform
API testing
using Postman or similar tools and validate request/response data.
Execute
database validations
using SQL queries for backend testing and reconciliation.
Log, track, and manage defects using
JIRA / ALM / Bugzilla
, ensuring timely resolution.
Support
UAT execution
and assist business teams with validation and sign-off.
Participate in
automation feasibility analysis
and collaborate with automation teams for regression coverage.
Ensure adherence to QA processes, documentation standards, and release readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of
Loan Origination (LOS)
and
Loan Management (LMS)
processes.
In-depth knowledge of
Retail / SME / Corporate Lending
workflows.
Familiar with
Credit Underwriting, Risk Assessment, KYC, CKYC, CIBIL, Disbursement, and Collections
processes.
Understanding of
Accounting entries, Interest calculation, NPA handling, and Reconciliation reports.
Prior experience with
FinOne, FinnOne Neo, LoanIQ, Flexcube LOS/LMS
, or other lending platforms preferred.
