ITOM Solution Architect

Role Purpose:
Drive the strategic optimization, expansion, and architectural governance of IT Operations Management solutions on ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze the effectiveness of existing ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, Orchestration) in monitoring and managing the infrastructure.
Develop strategies for enhancing ITOM capabilities, identifying opportunities for greater automation and proactive incident resolution within the environment.
Architect complex ITOM solutions, including integrations with existing monitoring tools and infrastructure components.
Provide expert guidance to ITOM development and administration teams on best practices for optimizing and evolving the solution.

Required Skills & Experience:

Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules with a proven track record of optimizing and enhancing
ITOM solutions
on infrastructure.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies (as they integrate with on-prem), and ITIL v4 concepts.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive continuous improvement in IT operations.
