Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a range of wedding events and ceremonies, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budgets.
• Offer customized event planning solutions aligned with client expectations.
• Develop and present detailed event proposals, timelines, and budgets.
• Liaise with and manage a network of vendors, including venue providers, decorators, caterers, photographers, and beauticians.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of all services
• Oversee event setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Ensure all elements (venue, catering, photography, etc.) are aligned and run smoothly
• Handle on-the-ground troubleshooting and client satisfaction on the event day
• Coordinate transport, guest management, and schedule alignment for multi-day functions.
• Ensure team readiness and alignment with event requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
• 6 months - 2 years of experience in event or wedding management (premium/luxury segment preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in vendor and budget management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late evenings
• Fluency in English and Bengali (spoken/written) is mandatory.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience with luxury or destination weddings
• Familiarity with event management software/tools.
• Creative flair with attention to aesthetics and trends in weddings.
• Good knowledge about Bengali Cultural Wedding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
