Opening For Document Production Associate-Freshers @ Williams Lea

Overview of role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the rest of the team of DS s, PC s, WFC s on a day in and out basis, and would be reporting into their managers on a daily basis.

Roles and Responsibilities Summary

Responsible for the accurate completion of job instructions provided by the end user (bankers / analysts)

Adherence to agreed deadlines, communicating and flagging any adverse impact to their respective team leaders

Owning and taking responsibility for the work produced in terms of consistency, accuracy and quality

Ensures a smooth handover of critical information pertaining the jobs

Performance Benchmarks

All internal assessment scores to meet 90% and above

This would include MS Office training assessments during the interview selection stage, training period

This would include Client template training assessments

All internal assessment scores for Direct To Banker to meet 95% and above

Ability to establish good and cordial relationships with peer level, PC s, WFC s and Managers

Completion of general administration duties

Liaise with on-site Team Leaders and Managers as required etc.

Hours of Work

Willingness to work on Day shifts & Night shifts on a rotation / continuous basis

Flexibility to work on demand as per operational requirements

Educational Qualification

Bachelors Degree in any discipline

Fresher / No prior work experience

First rate academic qualifications

Skills Required

Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurately on time

Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint & MS Word

Knowledge of Adobe Suite (preferable)

Strong interpersonal skills will be essential as you liaise and work closely with all levels within the team

Proactive individual, with the ability to work alone as well as part of a team

Good command over English language spoken and written
