Role Description

AEC Digital is seeking an experienced BIM Architect/Sr. BIM Architect for a full-time remote role. In this role, the selected candidate will work with designers and engineers to create and maintain 3D models of building systems and components using advanced software tools. The BIM Architect will also lead the implementation of industry standards, including BIM Execution Plans, and manage the coordination and integration of design and construction data across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in BIM modeling and management
• Expertise in BIM software platforms like Autodesk Revit, Bentley AECOsim, and Rhino 3D
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans, COBie, and other industry standards for digital construction
• Experience with various building systems, including structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with 4D and 5D modeling and visualization is a plus
