Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Acts as liaison officer between the hospital and the airport authorities as related to arrival/departure of patients, VIP guests, and visitors.
To interact with the transport department for arranging vehicle.
To be present in the airport to meet all arriving Hospital new patients at whatever time the various airline flights are scheduled.
Introduces self and makes the patient feel comfortable on arrival at the airport.
Assist arriving patients by aiding in custom clearance procedures and transporting them with baggage to hospital living quarters.
Interacts with operations team on arrival to the hospital premises.
Assist departing hospital patients by aiding in custom clearance procedures and to assure they have arrived within specified times to obtain seating assignments.
Follows all hospital related policies and procedures
Any other work as assigned by the management from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication & PR Skill.

Preferably Male Candidates

Any Degree with Minimum of 2 to 3 years of Experience in Airport Operations .
