Role Overview:
We are hiring Assistant/Deputy Managers CASA Retail Sales to drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth. The role requires candidates with BFSI sales experience and a passion for achieving targets while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new CASA (Current Account / Savings Account) customers through direct and channel sales.

Achieve monthly acquisition & revenue targets.

Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Drive cross-selling of banking products.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 years in BFSI sales.

Industry Background: Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services preferred.

Skills: Sales-driven, customer-oriented, good communication, negotiation & relationship management.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate.
