Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee
end-to-end warehouse operations
, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Develop and implement
automation strategies
to streamline warehouse and supply chain processes.
Conduct
weekly IRA (Internal Review & Analysis)
meetings to track KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor warehouse metrics such as inventory accuracy, order turnaround, and dispatch timelines using system dashboards.
Collaborate with warehouse and cross-functional teams to
close action points from IRA reviews
and ensure consistent follow-up.
Integrate and optimize
Easy Ecom or similar ERP/logistics software
for inventory and process management.
Design and implement
SOPs
for warehouse workflows, documentation, and operational compliance.
Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Prepare operational dashboards, reports, and improvement action summaries for leadership.
Drive continuous improvement and process automation initiatives aligned with business growth.
