OPD Manager

Experience: 08-15 Years

· Ensuring that the patient flow in and out of the OPD is smooth, with minimal waiting time. This includes managing patient check-ins, registration, and consultation appointments.

· Ensuring that the schedules of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals are well-coordinated. This includes patient appointments and handling last-minute changes or emergencies.

· Managing the registration and processing of walk-in patients while ensuring minimal disruption to the scheduled appointments.

· Addressing any issues or conflicts among staff and ensuring smooth teamwork and cooperation.

· Ensuring that patients receive timely and high-quality care, addressing complaints, and working toward improving patient satisfaction.

· Collecting feedback from patients regarding their experience and implementing necessary changes to improve service quality.

· Ensuring the correct handling, updating, and confidentiality of patient records, both digital and paper-based.

· Ensuring that necessary medical supplies, office materials, and equipment are well-stocked, maintaining an efficient inventory system.

· Being prepared for any medical emergencies or disasters that may occur within the outpatient setting.

· Ensuring there is a contingency plan in place for emergencies, including handling increased patient flow during health crises or pandemics.
