Job Description

Position :- Floor Manager/OPD Manager

Location : Rajouri Garden
Minimum 2-4yrs experience in same profile with good personality and English communication.

Job description:

Oversee daily operations of the OPD to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for appointment and service management.
Monitor patient registration, billing, and documentation processes.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient care standards, and hygiene guidelines.
Resolve patient complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of OPD statistics, schedules, and resource utilization.
Supervise and train front office and support staff in the OPD.
Implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and reduce wait times.
Liaise with other hospital departments for coordinated patient care.
