Role Summary:
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide ontology frameworks, knowledge graphs, and semantic models supporting Data, AI, and Analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design ontology models aligned with enterprise data architecture
Build semantic search, reasoning & inference capabilities
Integrate ontology with Informatica MDM, Databricks, GraphDB/Neo4j
Define metadata standards, governance, and lifecycle practices
Enable AI/ML analytics, GenAI agent reasoning & data interoperability
Lead workshops, guide ontology developers & collaborate with SMEs
Technical Skills:
RDF, OWL, SPARQL, SKOS, SHACL
Neo4j / GraphDB knowledge graphs
Protégé, TopBraid, PoolParty
Data integration APIs (REST/GraphQL)
Databricks / AWS data stack
Metadata tools: Informatica, Collibra, Unity Catalog
Nice to Have:
Life Sciences domain, Responsible AI, data mesh, semantic search, NLP-driven enrichment.
