Key Responsibilities:

• Handle waste segregators and ensure all assigned work is completed efficiently.
• Supervise daily tasks and monitor performance of all staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the garbage area.
• Check and uphold grooming standards of the team.
• Maintain accurate records using checklists and submit required reports.
• Verify documents of new staff and assist with onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with clients for billing-related documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Communicate any site-level issues or escalations to the management team promptly.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream; candidates from Environmental Science or related fields preferred.
• Prior experience in facility supervision or housekeeping supervision will be an added advantage.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
• Well-groomed with attention to detail.
