Onsite Search Specialist

As an Onsite Search Specialist, your role is to optimize the onsite search experience in assigned country batches by collaborating with Category Managers and utilizing insights from Analysts. Your key responsibilities include: - Executing search query optimizations based on analyst insights and performance data. - Configuring and maintaining synonyms, sorting rules, redirects, and filter logic. - Implementing specific boosts and rule sets such as seasonal promotions. - Adapting search settings to reflect language nuances and local user behavior. - Collaborating with Category Managers to review new product/content inputs. - Testing and iterating changes to improve product discoverability and user experience. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 2-3 years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or search optimization. - Hands-on experience with onsite search tools and rule configuration. - Strong attention to detail with a good understanding of product and category structures. - Ability to localize search experience across different languages and markets. - Collaborative and communicative skills, especially with cross-functional teams. - Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is highly beneficial.
