Onsite Medical Representative

As an Onsite Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products and establishing strong relationships with healthcare professionals at various medical facilities. Your role will involve engaging with doctors, dermatologists, general practitioners, and pharmacists to drive product awareness, distribute samples, and achieve sales targets. It is essential to possess a comprehensive understanding of medical products along with exceptional communication skills. Your key responsibilities will include conducting daily onsite visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers according to the assigned route plan. You will be required to offer scientific information, distribute product samples, and cultivate enduring relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community. Additionally, organizing and participating in Continuing Medical Education programs, health camps, and product demonstrations will be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should aim to surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, while also collecting and analyzing market feedback, competitor activities, and prescription trends. Maintaining accurate records of visits, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM/reporting tool is crucial. Keeping yourself updated on product knowledge, therapeutic areas, and industry advancements is essential for success. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative is preferred for this position. Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and manage time efficiently are key competencies required. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools, along with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily, are essential qualifications.
