Job Description

Job Title: Onsite Desktop Support Engineer

Location:

Hyderabad

Experience:

6 Months – 1.5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled

Onsite Desktop Support Engineer

with hands-on experience in Desktop Support, O365, and

Data Center operations (Mandatory)

. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle day-to-day IT support activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite desktop support for end-users (hardware, software & network issues).
Perform OS installation, configuration & upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory.
Support and administer O365 applications.
Handle basic network troubleshooting including DNS, DHCP.
Actively work in the Data Center environment (Mandatory) for server checks, rack management, cable tracing, etc.
Maintain logs, documentation, and ensure timely ticket resolution.
