Job Title: Online–Store Co-ordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart and organised co-ordinator to help manage communication between our online team and retail store. The role involves basic coordination, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate between the store team and online team for orders, dispatches, and stock updates.

* Support with online order pick-ups, exchanges, and returns.

* Communicate with internal teams for small follow-ups and updates.

* Share daily status reports on orders and store activities.

Requirements:

* Good communication skills (English speaking preferred).

* Basic computer knowledge — Excel / Google Sheets.

* Organised and willing to learn.

* Friendly attitude and good with teamwork.

* Prior experience in a store, boutique, or e-commerce setup is a plus (not mandatory).

In-store, Delhi (Full-time role)
