Role Description

This full-time hybrid role for an Online Tutor is based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Online Tutor will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions, and assisting students in understanding and mastering various subjects. Other tasks include tracking student progress, preparing educational materials, and communicating with parents to discuss student performance and development. The Online Tutor will also employ innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in specific subjects with the ability to tutor students effectively
• Experience in creating lesson plans and educational materials
• Proficiency in engaging and motivating students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to track and report on student progress
• Familiarity with hybrid (online and in-person) teaching methods
• Experience in using digital tools and platforms for tutoring
• Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or related field
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus
