Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues remotely.
Guide customers step-by-step on system setup, installation, configuration, and software usage.
Assist with firmware updates, software upgrades, and integration with mobile or desktop applications.
Resolve issues related to video streaming, storage, remote access, and alerts.
Document technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions in the support database.
Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers when necessary.
Educate customers on proper system maintenance, security best practices, and product features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, or security solutions.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, port forwarding, IP addressing) and remote access setup.
Familiarity with CCTV software, mobile apps, and remote viewing platforms.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Comfortable using remote support tools, email, and chat to assist customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in networking (e.g., CompTIA Network+) or CCTV systems.
Experience in security system installation or field support.
Knowledge of cybersecurity basics for IoT and connected devices.
