Job Description

Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Drive online/offline sales for jewellery ecommerce platforms and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.).
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Manage end-to-end sales funnel: lead generation, conversion, upselling, and repeat sales.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and promotional avenues to enhance visibility and sales.
Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends to stay ahead.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Build and manage a small sales team, mentoring them to achieve individual and team goals.

Key Requirements:

Experience:
5-6 years in ecommerce sales, with at least 2-3 years in
jewellery ecommerce
.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital sales channels, and online customer behavior.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and derive insights.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

UG/PG in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred).
Experience in luxury or premium product segments.
Existing network in the jewellery and ecommerce ecosystem.
