Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
· Manage and oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp Broadcast, etc.) along with website handling.
· Respond promptly to customer queries, ensuring timely and appropriate solutions.
· Prepare and share accurate quotations based on product pricing while negotiating to close the best possible deals.
Skills Required:
· Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
· Proficiency in managing and growing social media platforms.
· Basic computer literacy with strong knowledge of MS Excel.
