💼 Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to queries from Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and Website

• Engage with online leads and convert them into confirmed sales

• Coordinate with our brand retainer/marketing agency for campaigns and promotions

📸 Onsite Content Creation

• Create Instagram reels and short videos

• Capture in-store client pictures

• Record client testimonial videos for blogs

• Collect and post online reviews from clients

• Excellent communication & persuasion skills

• Ability to handle Instagram & Facebook business tools

• Professional and customer-focused approach

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized
