The candidate will be responsible for handling and converting sales leads from IndiaMART , TradeIndia , and other online platforms, managing customer interactions, and closing deals effectively. Key Responsibilities : Monitor and manage leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other subscribed B2B platforms daily. Call and follow up with potential customers to understand their requirements. Share product details, pricing, and technical specifications. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product availability, and dispatch timelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in Excel. Convert inquiries into sales and meet monthly sales targets. Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships. Identify new sales opportunities through existing leads or customer referrals. Key Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tele sales / B2B sales / online sales (preferably via IndiaMART or TradeIndia).
