Online Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries on Instagram & WhatsApp with professionalism and product knowledge
• Make 

  outbound calls

   to inquiries/leads for faster sales conversions
• Provide product details, pricing, and customization options to customers
• Convert leads into confirmed sales
• Maintain records of inquiries, calls, follow-ups, and closed sales in CRM/Excel
• Coordinate order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
• Support seasonal and festive campaigns (Rakhi, Diwali, Wedding Gifting, etc.)

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 

  1 year of sales experience

   in online inquiries handling & telecalling
• Strong communication skills in 

  English & Hindi

• Comfortable with multitasking across Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls

• Experience in jewellery, gifting, or e-commerce will be a plus

• On-site role at Pusa Road, Delhi

💰 Salary & Benefits

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
• Performance based sales commission after training period ends
• Permanent, full-time position
