Role & responsibilities

Online Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management (Amazon & Flipkart)

  • Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
  • Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and performance metrics.
  • Handle Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central tasks (pricing, promotions, inventory, tickets, etc.).
  • Track FC stock and coordinate replenishment.
  • Analyze competitor listings, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
  • Manage A+ content, ads, and growth reports.

Website Sales (Shopify / D2C)

  • Maintain product listings, banners, and homepage updates.
  • Monitor daily website orders, payment issues, and abandoned carts.
  • Improve website conversions through SEO and UI improvements.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for website campaigns and offers.

Digital Advertising (Google Ads + Meta Ads)

  • Plan and run ad campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing).
  • Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaignstraffic, conversions, remarketing.
  • Track daily performance, spend, ROI, and conversions.
  • Optimize ads for higher ROAS and lower CPA.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily sales reports for Amazon, Flipkart, and Website.
  • Maintain marketing dashboards to track campaign performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities and suggest actions to improve online sales.

Coordination & Operations

  • Work with warehouse team for timely dispatch and inventory sync.
  • Coordinate with designers for creatives and ad banners.
  • Raise support tickets on marketplaces and follow-up until resolved.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of

    Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central

  • Experience in

    Google Ads & Meta Ads

  • Knowledge of

    Shopify, SEO, and online marketing

    .
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Online Sales
