Job Description

1. Lead Handling & Conversion

  • Call incoming leads from Facebook/Instagram ads and convert them into paid enrollments.
  • Follow a structured sales script to explain the course, features, fees, placement support, and benefits.
  • Maintain high-quality communication and build trust with students (mostly female aspirants).
  • Follow up with warm leads at the right intervals to maximize conversions.

2. WhatsApp & CRM Management

  • Manage daily chats on WhatsApp Business accounts.
  • Send course details, fee structure, and enrollment links to each lead.
  • Maintain proper CRM entries (lead status, follow-up date, conversion notes).
  • Ensure ZERO missed leads or delayed responses.

3. Sales Presentation & Counselling

  • Counsel students about international cabin crew career opportunities.
  • Explain how the First Class Crew training and placement guidance works.
  • Handle objections politely (fees, timing, confidence issues, family approval, etc.)
  • Give correct, honest, and professional information at all times.

4. Daily & Weekly Reporting

  • Maintain daily MIS/reporting of:
    • Number of calls made
    • Connected calls
    • Converted leads
    • Follow-ups done
    • Pending leads
  • Share weekly performance reports with the management team.

5. Meeting Monthly Conversion Targets

  • Achieve monthly conversion goals set by the management.
  • Manage time effectively to maximize productivity while working from home.
  • Keep a positive, energetic, solution-oriented attitude during calls.

6. Professional Representation

  • Represent First Class Crew as a premium, expert-level aviation training institute.
  • Maintain excellent tone, language, etiquette, and disciplined communication.
  • Follow brand guidelines during calls, messages, and video interactions (if any).
  • Uphold high ethical standardsno false promises, only genuine guidance.

7. Coordination with the Training & Support Team

  • Coordinate with trainers and admin team to inform enrolled students about:
    • Orientation timing
    • Course access
    • Placement support updates
    • Document checklist
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for newly joined students.
