Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

The online sales executive will manage online sales channels - such as social media , whatspp and website interactions- ensuring seamless digital customer engagement and maximizing online revenue

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to customer queries via chats ,emails, social media
Recommend suitable Jewellery products and drive online sales
follow up with leads and convert inquiries into orders
maintain sales records and meet montly reports
coordinate with packaging and dispatch teams for order fulfillment

REQUIREMENTS

Female candidates only
0.5 to 3 years experience in online sales or customer service
good communication & convincing skills
Basic knowledge of jewellery(gold, silver, diamond)
familiar with social media (whatsapp, instagram , e- commerce tools)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Telugu, English, Hindi (Required)
