Role Overview: As a member of our team, your main responsibility will be to assist customers in purchasing jewellery online through chat, call, and email on our website. You will collaborate with both customers and internal teams to address product inquiries, provide after-sales services such as handling order queries, feedback, and complaints effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Generate online sales by offering the best possible jewellery to customers - Handle inbound and outbound prospect calls and successfully convert them into sales - Provide online chat support to guide customers through their jewellery buying journey - Focus on increasing sales and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Must have or be willing to learn about jewellery as a product category and associated calculations - Adhere to established processes and quality standards Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with jewellery products and industry trends is a plus,
