Online Reputation Management Executive

We are looking for a self-motivated and result-oriented creative professional to join us as an Executive - Brand Reputation Management. As an Executive - Brand Reputation Management, your responsibilities will include reviewing customer feedback across all relevant social media platforms and websites for multiple locations and entities. This involves managing posted reviews/complaints and ensuring all reviews are responded to in a timely manner. You will be expected to build and maintain a strategy for monitoring and managing feedback on all social media channels, online directories, review sites, and search engine business sites. Additionally, your role will involve encouraging reviews at appropriate touchpoints utilizing approved communications, enabled devices, and community engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to social reviews and engagement, maintaining listings on search engines, online directories, and ratings/review sites, facilitating online company and physician reviews and endorsements, and coordinating internal and external provider and quality ratings for public dissemination in an easily consumed and understood manner. You will also track, analyze, and report online reputation results, identify trends, questions, opportunities, and escalate issues to appropriate teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts & rotational offs, have a graduation qualification, and preferably an ORM background. The working days for this position are 5 days a week in Bangalore. Language fluency in English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam is required.
