🚀 We’re Hiring: D2C Online Marketing Consultant

At Bliss Welness, we’re on a mission to make preventive health simple, clean, and accessible for families across India. To take our Direct-to-Consumer journey to the next level, we’re looking for a D2C Online Marketing Consultant who lives and breathes digital growth.

What you’ll do:

• Build and execute data-driven online marketing strategies across Meta, Google, Amazon, and marketplaces

• Scale performance campaigns (CAC, ROAS, LTV) with a sharp eye on profitability

• Optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion rates

• Craft and test innovative campaigns for customer acquisition & retention

• Leverage analytics to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement

• Stay on top of D2C and e-commerce trends to keep us ahead of the curve

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of proven experience in scaling D2C brands (wellness, FMCG, nutraceuticals preferred)

• Strong expertise in paid media, SEO, email & WhatsApp marketing, and influencer collaborations

• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like GA4, Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc.

• Creative problem solver with a growth-hacker spirit

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
