We are seeking an experienced, sharp, and confident Online Luxury Sales Executive to handle premium watch inquiries, convert leads into high-ticket sales (₹1L–₹2L), and build long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be a relationship builder with excellent spoken and written English.
● • Handle inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and website with confidence and professionalism
● • Convert warm leads into confirmed orders by explaining product value, storytelling, and customer education
● • Follow up with high-value customers using CRM/Excel trackers
● • Build and nurture relationships for repeat business and referrals
● • Coordinate with operations/logistics for delivery, invoicing, and customer satisfaction
● • Maintain brand tone and elegance in all communications (text, voice, or video call)
● • Excellent English communication – both speaking and writing is a must
● • Confident in selling high-value items online and handling objections
● • Ability to build rapport with HNIs, CEOs, NRIs, and premium buyers
● • Previous sales experience in luxury, fashion, jewellery, real estate, or concierge is preferred
● • Organised, prompt, and driven by targets and conversions
