DRN Legal is hiring a

Legal Operations Associate / Legal Coordinator

for a full-time, remote position. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in legal coordination and document management who are comfortable working with tech clients.

• Experience: 2–3 years’ experience in legal coordination, document management, or related legal operations roles.

Eligibility & Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in legal coordination, document management, or related legal operations roles.
• Basic legal research skills and familiarity with standard legal documents.
• Strong communication skills and professional work ethic.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams/clients
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace (document collaboration, sheets, slides, Gmail, Drive).
  

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients and the firm in day-to-day legal operations and coordination tasks.
• Manage and organise legal documents, templates, and client files (version control and secure storage).
• Conduct basic legal and factual research; summarise findings for lawyers/clients.
• Assist with drafting routine documents and correspondence under supervision.
• Maintain trackers, databases, and workflows (deadlines, filings, deliverables).
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and external vendors.
