Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Content Moderator, based in Preet Vihar. The Online Content Moderator will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating content to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards. Daily tasks include providing technical support, handling customer service inquiries, offering training, and assisting with problem-solving and analytical tasks. The role demands vigilance in upholding the quality and appropriateness of content across our platforms.
