Online Consumer Loan Specialist

• Manage end-to-end digital consumer loan journeys, including personal loan inquiries received through online platforms.
• Engage with customers via phone, chat, email, or CRM tools to understand requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
• Assess basic eligibility parameters such as income, employment type, credit score, and repayment capacity.
• Convert qualified digital leads into successful loan applications and ensure accurate online case login.
• Coordinate with processing, credit, and operations teams to track approvals and resolve queries.
• Follow up with customers for digital document uploads and e-signing completion.
• Maintain updated customer records, lead status, and conversion data in CRM/MIS systems.
• Achieve assigned online lead conversion, approval, and disbursement targets.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies, digital process guidelines, and data security norms.
