Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Online Bidder at The Creative Creation. The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying suitable projects, drafting compelling project proposals, and submitting bids on online freelancing platforms. The role will require managing communication with potential clients, understanding client requirements, conducting research for project pricing, and fostering relationships that drive project acquisition. Additionally, the role entails collaborating with the creative team to align project deliverables with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively craft persuasive proposals and interact with clients
• Analytical and Research skills to identify potential projects and assess client requirements
• Ability to provide Training and support to team members to improve proposal quality and client engagement
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
• Experience with freelancing platforms like Upwork or similar would be a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
