Job Responsibilities:

• Bid on relevant projects through freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru)
• Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and call
• Prepare project proposals and follow-ups
• Generate leads and help convert them into clients

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in online bidding or business development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT services like web and app development
• Confidence, consistency, and willingness to grow

Good to Have:

• Prior experience in handling international clients
• Familiarity with bidding tools and project tracking
