As an IT Sales Bidder at our company, your role will involve generating business opportunities through online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others. Your responsibilities will include identifying and bidding on potential projects, writing persuasive proposals, generating leads, negotiating project terms, and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects. You will work closely with the technical team, stay updated with market trends, and aim to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and bid on potential projects on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and Guru. - Write persuasive and customized proposals tailored to client requirements. - Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients through bidding platforms. - Negotiate project terms and pricing with clients to close deals successfully. - Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper project understanding before bidding. - Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to convert leads into customers. - Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to improve bidding strategies. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in IT sales and bidding (preferred). - Strong understanding of digital marketing. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in online bidding platforms and lead generation tools. - Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple bids simultaneously. - Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
