OneStream Technical Lead

As a OneStream Technical Lead at Grant Thornton INDUS, your primary responsibility will be to drive the design, implementation, and support of OneStream XF solutions. You will need to have hands-on technical expertise in OneStream development, integration, and automation. Additionally, you should have experience leading financial consolidation, planning, and reporting projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of OneStream applications for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting. - Develop OneStream business rules, dashboards, cube views, and workflow automation. - Implement OneStream XF Marketplace solutions as needed. - Develop and optimize data integration with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc., Data Warehouses, and other financial systems. - Manage connectors, data sources, and transformation rules to ensure smooth data flow. - Ensure data validation, reconciliations, and audit controls within OneStream. - Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and resolve system performance bottlenecks. - Guide and mentor junior developers and functional consultants. - Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions. - Maintain technical documentation, best practices, and SOPs. Preferred Qualifications: - OneStream Certification (OCP or OCA) is a plus. - Prior experience in Hyperion (HFM, Planning, Essbase) or SAP BPC is beneficial. - Exposure to cloud-based OneStream deployments. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, finance teams, and IT stakeholders. - Ability to lead a technical team and work in an Agile environment. - Strong documentation and training skills.
